Dear Sisters, I notice that I have panda eyes and I had been putting Bioterm's Hydra Deto2x Yeux 2 times a day. However, the panda eye doesn't seem to go away. The main reason is that I don't have enough time to sleep but I want to use some skin care to at least lighten that up if that's possible. Do you happen to have any suggestions for me? TY.
