According my own experience, You really got to think if your husband like to have a watch.

I bought a sports watch for my boyfriend cause he like sports. and I knew he doesn't wear watch. and I knew less and less people wear watch now. but still I hope he can always wear that to think of me all the time.

But wish is good, result isn't good. He has to pretend to like it even thoug it not useful to him and he never wear it.

so the thing is what your husband like to have. give it a thought, and think hard. gift is not important. the way you choose gift is more important
