1 banana walnut muffin (medium size)-----------81cal
100cc Yogurt (FAT free DANONE)------------------80cal
half chicken breast----------------------------------------258cal
250cc water-----------------------------------------------0cal

Altogether: 539CAL. The average adult is supposed to have 2000Cal intake every day and 30% from both breakfast and supper, and 40% from lunch.

539/2000=26.95%. So, that is a perfect breakfast.

    • I tried to lose several pounds in the summer and I did achieve my goal.
      When my weight reached my basic line, it didn’t go down any further no matter what I did: playing tennis, swimming, and staying away from carbs. Since September, I stopped doing so much exercise and eat more. Yesterday, I found my weight was down to cross my basic line, the lowest one since I came to Canada several years ago. I really worry abut that. Did anybody have the same experience and don't mind to share? Thanks!

        • Now I don’t feel any different, but I know it is not a good thing to lose weight without specific reasons and that’s why it makes me worry. You are right. I will see my doctor ASAP. Thanks!

      • You think so? The only one possibly with high energy is Muffine. The others are perfect healthy food..
        • 我同意里边的食品都很健康. 其实我也是随便一说. 就是觉得SERVING SIZE有问题. 你一顿吃了差不多一个成年人一天所需的热量. :-) 如果是早饭, 同样是这些东西, 量减一半就差不多了. 当然男性需要的热量多些. 个体差异也很大. 如果你新陈代谢旺盛, 吃这些也没问题.
