1. Yesterday, my bf and I planned to go somewhere after work. He called me and I told him if he could pick me up at **. He said yes. He came late for almost 15 min. When I got into his car, I told him I waited for him almost 10 min. All of sudden, he kept saying ‘I was unhappy since I waited for him; I am selfish, and other unrelated stuffs, blah blah.’ Actually, I don’t think I show my unhappiness on my face when I saw him. But he claims that I am selfish. I think I really care about him, why he still thinks I am selfish? Afterwards during our conversation, he burst into laughter (guess he thinks my talk was quite funny?) But I don’t feel hilarious at all. My question: what the exact meaning of selfishness is?

2. He is very smart and mature. But, does being smart or mature mean he is right on everything? Even he apologized to me I don’t feel alright since I asked him to do that. He asked me to say sorry too since I got mad later on. I did not do it since he screwed up first, not me.

3. He will go out with some of his friends on Friday and asked me to go with him. But I refused since I am not familiar with his friends. It’ll be awkward probably for me to hung out with some unfamiliar people. Guess it’s my typical character to say no if I don’t feel comfortable. I told him I might go out with a girl on Friday instead. He asked me if I lied to him (implies I might go out with some guys :D) I told him it hurts to hear that. He explained he was joking since we are very close. But being intimate means he can say anything inappropriately?
