    • 小须须发是人人都会有的，那是新生的头发喔。至于有白色的出现，也很正常，这个年纪气血不如年轻时旺盛，是要开始有白发的。JJ如果平时压力大，白发可能会出现得较频繁。保养的话， -chlorine(不爱吃苹果); 2012-10-13 {436} (#7837999@0)
      一定要洗发护发分开进行。因为洗发精和护发素的作用实际是正好相反的。好的洗发精要能完全打开头发的毛鳞片，清洁里面的污垢，这样洗完的头发应该手感很涩才对。然后再用护发素将这些打开的毛鳞片关闭，是头发显得顺滑。所以就这两种产品的作用过程来看，可想而知，洗护二合一的洗发用品是不是有点自相矛盾？如果不是很忙的话，建议停止用二合一的。定期用些发膜也是护理的必要补充。发膜里有添加维生素原B5，可以深层滋润头发，增强头发的韧性，发质有光泽，不易脆断。
    • 忘了写了，JJ这个年龄要注意外修内补，才能有效地抗衰老。白发产生的早晚与遗传有很大关系。生活工作压力大，就要更注意有意识地减压。物质上地可以饮食多补充维生素B类食物或是直接补充维B，心理上多找些喜欢的事做做，放松心情。做手工是个很好的减压方式喔。 -chlorine(不爱吃苹果); 2012-10-13 (#7838005@0)
