I know a jap from grad school, guy barely speaks english, though he landed an incredible gig with PwC's Jap client group (Sony, Panasonic, Toshiba etc...), he's the one who told me about these type of speciallytargetted groups in the big firms (I had no idea), I am trying to get the right person you can hit on directly for ya, though you can always call up EY and ask about the Mainland PRC group.
