Yes. All Europe has the same base price. Italy has the lowest tax. That was I was told.

Sorry I think my original statement was wrong. It should be Italy has the highest tax. Therefore, it is the same price all over Europe but you get more tax refund if you buy it in Italy than France.The same price already included sales tax, which is different by country.

Yes you get tax refund when you leave. US you need to add sales tax.

Correct. In Europe, retail price includes tax already. 3550 is the same everywhere in Europe but you get different tax return by country. I think Italy you get the most since it has the highest tax.

VAT rate in Europe: Denmark 25%, Italy: 22%, France 20%. The VAT refund for 3550 EUR purchase will be 710 - 887 EUR. It will save more than 2,000 CAD than buying it in Canada.

免税额不能叠加的，自己是自己的，每件物品最多就是一个人的免税额。

You will not get the full refundd. The agency who processes the refund take a piece of the pie. Can't remember how much, but I think ~20% of the total refund amount.
